Account & order privacy

MYON uses your email address to create your account, verify email ownership and send transactional order updates. We do not subscribe you to marketing emails when you register.

When you proceed to payment, we store your product configuration, quantity, notes, name, account email and delivery address in the website’s cloud database. These details are used to process payment, manufacture your build, ship your order and provide support. An unpaid checkout is not a confirmed production order.

PayPal processes payments. MYON does not store your card details. Resend delivers sign-in codes and order notifications, which may include your order reference, total, production status and tracking information. Replies and merchant notifications go to myontechlab@outlook.com.

Your order history requires your account session. The merchant order manager requires separate authentication. Necessary secure cookies keep you signed in, and a hashed network identifier helps limit repeated requests. Password verification hashes are stored instead of readable passwords. Email verification codes expire after 10 minutes; customer sessions expire after 30 days or when you sign out.

Factory configuration sheets omit your name, email, delivery address and retail price. Configuration notes are included, so please avoid putting personal or sensitive information in that field.

To correct your details, ask about retention or request account deletion, contact myontechlab@outlook.com with your order reference. Order information may need to be retained to fulfil the order and resolve payment or support issues.

MYON records aggregate page and shopping-step totals for day-to-day site operation. These basic counts do not use a browser identifier and cannot be used to recognise a returning visitor. Referring domains may be included, but typed text, payment details and full IP addresses are not stored in analytics.
