Where we ship

Delivery is available to the United States and Canada. Shipping is $19.99 USD per order, and is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is over $399 USD. Exactly $399 still incurs $19.99 shipping.

Checkout availability

Create your custom build, sign in and review your delivery details, configuration and total before paying securely with PayPal. An order is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive email updates when your order is submitted, enters production and ships.

Production & delivery estimates

Made to order. Production takes an estimated 14–20 business days after payment and configuration confirmation. Shipping takes an estimated 14–30 business days after dispatch. These are separate periods; weekends and public holidays are excluded. Customs clearance may cause additional delays.

If we cannot ship within the promised production window, we will contact you with a revised dispatch date and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund.

Lifestyle accessories

For Lifestyle products, allow an estimated 14–20 business days for order preparation, then 14–30 business days for delivery after dispatch. The shipping charges, 24-hour order hold and 12-month limited warranty on this page also apply. The made-to-order return terms below apply to custom power strips.

Lifestyle returns & refunds

You may request a return for a Lifestyle accessory within 14 days after delivery. The item must be unused, with its original packaging and all included accessories. Email myontechlab@outlook.com with your order reference to receive the return address and mailing instructions before sending it back.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. MYON covers return shipping for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items. We charge no restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Customs clearance

MYON covers customs clearance and applicable import duties for shipments to the United States and Canada.

Currency

All prices are in US dollars.

Product specifications

Module images are configuration previews. Final dimensions, module widths, electrical ratings and compatibility require confirmation before production.

Changes & cancellations

You may request a free change or cancellation within 24 hours after payment, provided production has not started. We hold orders for at least 24 hours before starting production. Email myontechlab@outlook.com with your order reference. Requests are handled by our support team, not automatically by the website. If a change alters the product price, we will confirm the difference with you before proceeding.

Made-to-order returns

Once production begins, we do not accept returns solely for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights under applicable law or remedies for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

Incorrect, damaged or faulty items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photos to help us resolve the issue promptly. This reporting period does not limit your warranty or statutory rights. Where the issue is our responsibility, we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable replacement or return shipping costs.

12-month limited warranty

Your limited warranty starts on delivery and lasts 12 months. It covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It excludes damage caused by water ingress, overloading or unauthorized rewiring. Contact us before returning an item; we will assess the issue and arrange repair, replacement or another appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
